The festival will take place in beautiful Reflection Plaza, nestled in the heart of historic downtown Washougal.  The Washougal Art Festival is seeking artists of all mediums, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, textiles, jewelry, and photography. The festival is open to both emerging and established artists, and applications will be accepted through May 6, 2024.  All entries will be juried based on originality, creativity, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Judging will also consider the expression of a unique vision and style, and the mastery over the artist's chosen medium. Artists are selected for festival participation by a jury of local artists and gallery owners.…
