I have the form done but need to add the final content that is in draft 3 and the pdf. What are the map links? I can put the address in for each one. When I list the schedule?

I can either sent the guidelines when they sign up automatically or I can have it as a download on the page or both.

@christinewichers19 General question, will there be limited number of artists who can sign up?

I was just trying to clarify for my own info and for the content on the website. I think a lot of people will be interested and making it clear it is for members of CAN and their members is important. This is a great incentive for more people and organizations to join CAN.

A couple of things. Does the artists attending have to have an activity or is it just encouraged? Is the City paying for all of the supplies for all of the artists who want to do activities or just the C.A.N. sponsored activity? If it is just C.A.N. I wouldn't add it might cause confusion.

So members of members we should probably specify that in the newsletter and write up on the sign up page
