Offer assistance to your vendors with information such as times, when to load or unload Hosts will have 8 vendors to assist and manage whatever is needed. Hosts will watch vendor tents while the vendor needs to leave his/her tent for such things as going to their vehicle or maybe the rest room, or taking a small break if needed. We're grateful for your commitment and want to let you know that, while we aim to match you with your preferred role, there may be times we need your talents in other areas. Also, your shift times might flex a little - either shorter or longer - based on our community's needs. Your understanding and flexibility are key to our collective success.
