In our discussion with Stacy and Johni, it seemed that they were excited about having activities offered to the children. I was of the understanding that was one reason they wanted CAN to have an art event before the show. I certainly could be mistaken--after all, you were the one in the discussions with them. I just don't want to get cross ways with their vision of what we will be doing.

We need to discuss this further. My understanding was that the members of the art group/s planning the event were invited to participate, i.e., if SWA and Mosaic were collaborating to organize the art event on movie night at the parade grounds, only artists from SWA and Mosaic would be allowed to set up and sell their art. Individual members could also participate with SWA/Mosaic in order to paint and sell their art. We just need to be clear among ourselves before we advertise. In biking, we always referred to the hills as "opportunities"😏 to better our skills. This is an opportunity for CAN to better its skill at setting up a system and the processes it will take to have it run smoothly--hence, no misconceptions😄.
